The group of people who make up the team of "Es Moli d'en Bou" are professionals trained in catering and tourism centers from different parts of the world.
A young, dynamic, creative and talented team that works with passion from the humility, to provide a unique spirit to each of the plates that make up our gastronomic offer.
The team is led by Tomeu Caldentey. Chef of "Sant Llorenç d'Es Cardassar", a small village in Mallorca which has one of the main tourist areas of the Balearic Islands. It is here, in Sa Coma, specifically in the Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel & Spa ****, where Tomeu has moved and evolved its gastronomic offer.
Accompanying Tomeu, the team is supervised by Manuel Pérez, Director of Sala and Andres Benitez, as Head Chef.
His cuisine is not only rooted to his land, but also in the world. His research is the excellence and the perfection.
