2015 was a special year for Tomeu Caldentey’s team. Celebrating its fifteenth Anniversary, Es Molí d’en Bou changed the name into Bou Restaurant. A name which represents a new concept but at the same time retains the principles from the restaurant awarded a Michelin Star in 2004.
This year, 2017, and after 14 consecutive years obtaining the prestigious Star, Tomeu Caldentey’s team invites you to get carried away by the impulses of “Bou 2017”.
Forget about anything you have experienced before in a restaurant. Come with no preconceived ideas. Don’t think that you will be seated at a table exclusively. The “Bou 2017” experience is very different.
As an alternative to our "BOU 2017", we offer this season the "BOU 2017 SAMPLE" menu, which we offer on Wednesday evenings and Saturday noons.
