Bou Restaurant is the gastronomic experience led by Tomeu Caldentey proposing a unique sensory journey for a concise group of diners.

2015 was a special year for Tomeu Caldentey’s team. Celebrating its fifteenth Anniversary, Es Molí d’en Bou changed the name into Bou Restaurant. A name which represents a new concept but at the same time retains the principles from the restaurant awarded a Michelin Star in 2004.

This year, 2017, and after 14 consecutive years obtaining the prestigious Star, Tomeu Caldentey’s team invites you to get carried away by the impulses of our menus.
